Joe & his wife of 28 years, Lisa, were born & raised in Evans City

where they also raised their three daughters, Payton, Baylee, and Kenzie. Like Joe, Lisa has also served her community for many years in the capacity of an elementary school teacher with the Seneca Valley School District.

EVANS CITY/SEVEN FIELDS REGIONAL POLICE OFFICER & CHIEF

Joe began his career as a police officer in 1990 and was promoted to Evans City Police Chief in 1996 (now known as Evans City/Seven Fields Regional Police Department). In addition to serving as Police Chief, he devoted his nights and weekends to Jackson Township and Lancaster Township proudly serving as a patrolman.

EVANS CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER LIFE MEMBER

In 1982 Joe joined the Evans City Fire-Rescue and Ambulance Service. He was an active member for over 25 years and is now a life member.

SENECA VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT D.A.R.E. INSTRUCTOR

Joe was an instructor of the D.A.R.E. program within the Seneca Valley School District for over 10 years.

Fraternal Order of Police

Joe is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #107, holding the position of Trustee.

Butler County 9-1-1 Council

Joe currently is part of the committee that overviews Butler County 911 center communications projects, 911 procedures, and other county public safety issues

charitable organizations

Joe has volunteered for several organizations over the years and has coached youth sports in the Evans City area.
